^After New York and Chicago theres a distinct dropoff to #3. Houston is not a clear #3, it depends on what you are talking about. Houston is probably the next tallest average, but SF is much denser and has way more buildings over 15 stories than H-town, just not quite as tall. Miami is right in there as well, and may be 3rd tallest average right now, easily if you count Miami Beach....but theres a lot of good skylines out there of which Minneapolis is definitely one.
