SEATTLE — The City Council approved legislation on Monday to use the proceeds from selling surplus city property to develop low-income rental housing.
The city will seek bids for two parcels at
339 22nd Ave. E. in Miller Park. The Department of Finance and Administrative Services estimates the property will generate $775,000.
