Will these tubes be mostly for the 1%? Probably but anything that gets this wasteful carbon-intensive group of people onto a more sustainable path is still probably a good thing especially if it doesn't cost taxpayers cash. Or at least that's the vision pitched... A toll road future... Still waiting for those Tesla buses though...
