I was hoping someone would recognize that building under construction. Thanks! I also now think it's mid-60s, as when I looked at that big enlargement, I could see the dog is wearing an original Hartz Mountain flea collar (the ones blamed for causing burns when they got wet), and those came out right around 1965-'66, if I recall correctly.
