The city I've been working on lately focuses on the city of Newberry and southeast Sault Ste. Marie.

Newberry is home to 143,739 people and is the biggest city on Sugar Island. This is the narrows on the St. Mary's River between Whitefish Island and 1/2 Mile Island. The Sugar Island Ferry was the only way to access the Island at this point until the Narrows Bridge was completed in 1993. Newberry is mostly marshland in the southern portion of the city and is built around many small lakes. Below are overviews of Newberry, Sault Ste.
