A steel-framed building, now four stories tall, has been erected to the east of 30 Park Place, Silverstein’s 67-story Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. The mysterious low-rise building will apparently “house mechanical, loading dock and the underground garage entrance” of 30 Park Place.
