This would've been a phenomenal HY assemblage in the parallel universe I keep babbling on about; but with these changes:

1. Add 21 West End Avenue to the assemblage (if it's not included; but CTBUH says it is).

2. Take Bjarke's Pyramid, decrease the square-footage by half (Maybe...too thin?) and increase the height by a factor of 3 (see "woulda coulda shoulda" heights below).

3. Make this the centerpiece tower and bring up all the other towers by a factor of 2.

4. Keep the architecture!

So the final look would yield:

Pyramid (3x): 1,398'

21 West End (2x): 1,058'

RC #1: (2x): 956'
RC #3: (same): 912'

1WS: (same): 858'

2WS: (same): 794'
RC #4: (same) 786'
3WS: (same): 782'
