Here (from what I've observed) is a list of what's happened so far...
Demolition
Grade site to allow for the installation of sheet piles
Install sheet piles
Regrade site to allow for the installation of drilled shafts
Install drilled shafts
Excavate for the foundation of the core
Install temp. bracing on the eastern side of the sheet pile wall
Pour the foundation for the core
Install temp. rakers to support the north/south sheet pile wall using core mat as deadman to anchor the rakers
Excavate below the eastern wall bracing and install bracing on the west end
-Bracing/rakers are temp. because they typically come out once the building can support the basement walls by itself
