For Philadelphia, I'll give one vintage and one modern highrise that I love and one that I hate:

Vintage: 1616 Walnut. We don't have a ton of Art Deco highrises when put up against comparable cities but the ones that exist are nice.
Graboyes
Modern: Three Logan Square. I will never not love this building.

HATE
Symphony House.
