In my 20's my dad on a trip to NYC via Boston had the wherewithal to take me to Louis Lunch. How he knew of the place I had no idea. While there I had a delicious lunch of these delicious burgers served with Potato Salad. The most fabulous Potato Salad I had in my life. They cooked them in this fancy contraption and my Dad knew all about it. On subsequent trips we go to Wooster Square and get Sals Apizza. 1 for there, 1 for mom back home, and 1 for the trip. Clam,onion, and bacon. Pepperoni and Onion half baked. And Mushroom Sausage onion half baked. Tony and Lucille s for Gardiniera and Provolone.
