I am glad they are looking at this. They have so much land there and one of the proposals (I think it was called Edison) is for an 8-story luxury condo building directly across the street. They have a great advantage of having so much land that they can build lots of residential to support the retail/entertainment they may look to add. Doubt a City Target will happen though. Great for midtown!
