I have a feeling this layout, one hotel stacked on top of another, is what will give this tower a guaranteed decent height. Considering the similar, if a little bland in design, Marriott combo (Courtyard/Residence Inn) currently under construction in Midtown Manhattan, this will stick out. Even in a crowded skyline like New York, that slender new tower is quite visible. Not to mention this building will be in a great location. Go Philly!
