The address seems to be 1436 Goodrich Boulevard. The aerial below captures the building nearing completion in 1948. That date is confirmed by
www.propertyshark.com. Triggs Street appears to have been added to the intersection when the nearby Santa Ana Freeway was constructed a couple of years after this aerial was taken.
