I think this short summary of what's happening emphasizes the project is moving forward, however slowly. Hopefully, any infrastructure spending passed under the current Administration in Washington will be supportive and perhaps speed things up. Critical is to get moving with the connections over 2 sets of mountains out of the Central Valley to San Jose and to the LA Basin.
