We've known about the Spiral for some time now. I'm hoping it's what they're calling the "Hudson Speyer" and not Hudson Spire.

This is the Tishman Speyer office site in Hudson Yards.
I don't know what "Hudson Speyer" is. Hudson Spire was just a name given to a development site by the sales brokers when it went for sale. It was a vision of what you could do with one of these HY sites. But Tishman Speyer builds office, not residential, so no chance of getting super-skinny spire on this site
