Wrong, the neighborhood with the houses is called 'Jardim Europa' (Europa Garden) none highrise can be build there fortunatly.
The part with the highrises are 2: Jardim Paulista (Sao Paulo Garden) at rear and here in front Cerqueira Cesar. The road dividing both is called 'Estados Unidos', in the sense conotation how north-american can still divide the relations between Europeans and Brazilians... of course this is not the reason. Jardim Europa is built from the England company called City, developing it back 50 years, most expensives houses today in city. In reality people confund a lot all those neighborhoods. On the left of Photo is 'Jardim America'. Almost All roads are named according to the regions, while the roads near of 'Estados Unidos' have South-American countries names, strangely. Near the green part of 'Ibirapuera Park' it is called 'Jardim Paulistano'. So the club there (Seeing in the top S of pic) is also called so. There is no official name 'Jardins', this is only what people is used to call for the better area to live in the city.
