Only 8,500 square feet of retail space is still available. This building has 26,000 square feet of retail space on two floors, so roughly two-thirds of the retail space is leased. Only 10,900 square feet of office space is still available. Call (336) 724-1715 if you're interested in leasing.

Hyatt Place Hotel:
Currently, every hotel in downtown is reporting strong demand for hotel rooms and the market can easily absorb more hotel rooms. We observed this when the new Hampton Inn & Suites was selling-out dates before its website was ready. This explains why so many hotels are proposed or under construction in downtown. The new Hyatt Place is expected to do very well when it opens.

On October 29, the agreement creating the next generation healthcare system was executed. It should close in the first quarter of 2020. It is believed this will be the tenant of this proposed building, shown as a high-rise in past news articles. Atrium Health will construct the building for a translational research and population health center and past news articles spoke of the creation of thousands of scientific and analytics jobs in downtown Winston-Salem's IQ District. It sounds exciting! I guess we shall see?

Link Apartments Innovation Quarter:
They have already leased 125 units and the building is still under construction! I think they are leasing half of the building now and will lease the other half at a later date? They expect this building to be fully leased shortly after completion, due to strong demand for apartments in downtown Winston-Salem.
