Rumors.
I heard a rumor the other day from a friend who has a family member involved with this project that the building may end up being 22 floors. BUT this is just a RUMOR, but a good rumor.
The timeline at the developers website says the building permit and ground breaking (or stuffing the hole) begins this spring. I guess we will hear the final floor count once the building permit is submitted to the city. This subscription only article at IBR says the high-end Class A office space in downtown has remained stable during the recession, so there must be a demand for this type of office space which could result in more floors being added.
