76-Story Liquid Lofts Resubmitted To The FAA

Charles Sieger’s Liquid Lofts, which is proposed to become one of Miami’s tallest buildings, is again requesting Federal Aviation Administration height approval.
The proposal to build a 76-story apartment tower was submitted to the FAA in 2015, and approved. An extension was later granted with expiration in late 2018.
On June 1 , the building was submitted once again as a new application, while referencing the previous approval. If another approval is granted, it would allow for yet more time to begin work.
According to the new application, Liquid Lofts will rise 866 feet above ground or 875 feet above sea level – the same as in the original application.
In total, 482 apartments and 311 parking spaces are planned.
