That "big college" on the north side of 68 Ave east of Wapiti Road/Hwy 40 you're referring to is *not* a college, but rather a large rec centre complex flanked by two high schools (one public and one Catholic).
I'm a little surprised at how long that part of GP across 68 Ave from that complex has taken to even get started developing, considering how fast GP's been growing.
