It's hard to read in the picture above (the more recent logo is clearer), but the letters are actually BFCL. According to a listing I found on
etsy.com:
The BFCL is the International Order of Rainbow Girls (A Masonic Auxiliary), and BFCL stands for Bible Flag Constitution Lambskin (Four symbols of the order).
The first three symbols are pretty clear, the last is in reference to the lambskin apron, an important symbol of the Masons. The material of the Masonic apron—lambskin—is a symbol of innocence.
