Haha. That's great! That was my first impression when I seen this is why are all these bikes laying around? It's a cool concept. BUT...it looks trashy...like a grocery cart sitting on the sidewalk. And I'm a cyclist...so I'm not against any of this. Just the responsibility of at least parking it upright.
