Ideally, a city where I'd never need an A/C or a Heater any time of the year, that would be heaven!
I researched that, long ago, and I came up with Guatemala City (5000 feet in altitude explains it) or Medellin or Cali Colombia, both cities with altitudes in the 4000 foot range.
And I hope someone comes along and suggests San Diego, and I'll be laughing the rest of the day!
