Pinnacle's buildings are fantastic. Even Pinnacle on Adelaide (their most recent build Downtown) has full sized appliances and layouts you can actually live in.

Fernbrook and Cityzen are also great. Pier 27 is fantastic. Amazing quality. L Tower has had a lot of negative press surrounding it, but the units there are beautiful as well, same goes for Backstage on Esplanade.

Menkes may have been good in the past, but they suck now. Have completely given into the whole cookie cutter layout condo thing. All their layouts in their builds are practically the same.

Tridel is similar to Menkes but is a bit better.
