This rendering though not being the whole picture. Missing a couple, and 2030 is a long ways coming in real estate terms for this city. For all we know, this could be the beginning.
But what is true is that the ESB will not be in the top 10 in terms of height by 2030. Midtown Rezoning will yield some large towers.
