Look at the color of the trees. They're same as the building, along with everything else associated with the project. I'm sure it's just the material they're using for the model that brings about the ick factor. i think it'll look nicer in real life. It does have the chance to be a truly unique building, depending on what the colors are. Making those boxes around the windows some kind of bold primary color like say fire engine red would really be something.
