This being 71 feet taller than the average new building in Austin will make it stick out quite a bit. Good to know the ceiling isn't stuck at 400 ft for all new construction. Also good to have more height on the east side to complement the Austonian and the eventual Waller Park Place...and if only the Fairmont stuck with the older rendering...
Funny tidbit - when I type in "Austonian" it always wants to autocorrect to "Austrian"...
All said, I'm excited about this one. MACC can take joy in a nicer building going in as their neighbor rather than some ugly Communist block thing going up there.
