I don't consider any roadway with a speed limit under 100k/hr to be a true freeway which is the case with Saskatoon. Circle drive anytime between 7am and 7pm takes forever. And that will never be fixed.
I like that the two cities are quite complimentary. One's strenghts are the other's weaknesses.
