meatpacking architect morris adjimi's twisty 837 washington st (@w13th st -- right across from the standard hotel) is well underway despite having to lose 2-3 floors due to nimbys. the building was of course formerly a very hopping busy meatpacking business building. it's supposed to be a couple floors of retail on the bottom and offices above. no tenants yet far as i know, but it will be fine:
