I know we've seen photos of this Simon's on Wilshire Boulevard but I certainly don't remember this particular photo.

The first thing I noticed was the makeshift 'Halsco Land Yacht' sign.
At first I thought it was an advertisement for the omnibuses that took tourists up and down Wilshire Boulevard.
It turns out a Halsco Land Yacht is a travel trailer (below is a 1936 model).
