I don't really understand that answer, because she indicated the timeline in the current TMP (2015 version). In that document, Baseline BRT is part of the 2031 affordable network, which means it is supposed to be funded by 2031 (not post 2031).
FWIW, the city's "Construction and Infrastructure Projects" map shows a "targeted start date" of 1-2 years. (
