I could see where your going with that. Yeah with the vertical tower full of 100's of windows. Reaching for the sky. It does have (some parts of the pic) a slight resemblance. With its maze like appearance. Like a mini-city, but in 1 tower.
The bulkiness is its most defining feature. Its something different in this cycle. This is just one big-ass massive tower in layman terms.
IMO, every city needs to have a fine mixture of slender, mid-sized, and monoliths. Sometimes, depending on the angle, the bulk adds a lot to the overall aesthetics of the skyline.
