Was checking the CTBUH and based on their list:
In terms of height, NY is approaching a record 1st when it comes to 200m+ structures at 64. Two more, and it will be 66, dethroning Dubai in that category for the number one slot. Per the CTBUH, we are at 786 towers over 100m+. Most in the world. #3 when it comes to super talls, and once the ones u/c finish, we will be at the 2nd slot. Assuming the ones waiting tenants rise, and the ones approved but not u/c yet, we may be #1 in the world in terms of a city with the most super talls.
This boom added a lot to the number, especially 200m+.
