I admit, that in this boom, given what we've seen, 800 ft is starting to become mid rise height, but 1,550 ft is damn tall. Have you seen 432 Park? Pretty tall, and CPT and Steinway will be taller. Not to mention the AMSL will give them an extra boost when viewing it from low lying areas in NJ or near the waterfront of the rivers.
