Wow, I'm impressed. Glad the union decided to invest in a quality building to replace the one that was lost.
Not so happy about their monstrous, soul-sucking parking lot that manages to deaden two streets while completely engulfing a third. I get it, tradesmen usually drive around the city and need to park their vehicles... but then why would you not sell your prime West Loop real estate and move to where land is cheaper, like IBEW is doing right now in Bronzeville? There's tons of open land close to downtown in East Garfield Park, Tri-Taylor, Pilsen, Bridgeport, etc.
