A corset building, Coach HQ, and a one of a kind fashion week pavilion. Not to mention a walkway to the Meatpacking District, and a new subway stop that is one stop away from the Garment district. This is clearly intended to be New York's new fashion district, in terms of commercial space, rec space, and office space. All so they can make the big bucks bringing in international money to the residential buildings, probably ranging 2-50 million dollars each unit. I wish I had even a sliver of that delicious deal.
