I think floor 51 might actually be residential since there's a balcony on that level.
The 50th floor at 545 feet is also where the main roof is located. The old original height was listed as 545 feet, but that wasn't counting the mechanical spaces above it.
The 51st floor is at 557 feet. That makes the top floor of this building nearly 100 feet higher than every other top floor in the city except for The Austonian and The Independent, and it puts that floor above every other roof except on those two as well.
