I'll never begrudge someone cashing out to the tune of $300m, but it is a bit of a bummer. Then again, we did get the unintentional comedy of the press release:

“With our aligned cultures and philosophies, The Cheesecake Factory is the right partner to embrace our creative spirit, enabling us to innovate concepts, while providing the infrastructure and capital to scale,” Fox said in a press release.

I really want to know more about the "culture" and "philosophy" of Chessecake Factory.
