What terrible event in your life has lead to such cynicism? Of all the proposals you can only say maybe on the Marriott? The Marriott has financing and is starting construction any day now. This 3 Eleven project also has financing. Getting financing is the last hurdle. I will agree that the two ~50 story towers on Rainy are among the least likely to get built of all the recently announce projects.
