No, but I wanted to base it in that neighbourhood for inspiration of what it should look like. There are a few older short building nearby, hence the attempt at an old fashioned looking podium.

Perhaps. I'm not sure if it was the translucence or the sky reflect that was giving my computer troubles on the previous building.
