Designed by Node Architecture, Engineering, Consulting P.C., the property will contain 12 rental units averaging approximately 519 feet apiece. Select units will include private outdoor balconies. Amenities include laundry facilities, outdoor recreational area, additional outdoor space at the rear of the building, and a roof-level terrace with grills and seating area.
As a Passive House development, the structure features a high-performance envelope, a continuous solar panel above the roof level, and a number of smaller solar panels throughout the exterior. The window system is also Passive House-certified and extremely air-tight to help reduce heat gain and loss depending on existing weather conditions.
