Yeah, Its been dramatically reduced. Until recently the old driveway was still intact on our neighbor's property and another neighbor cut into our water line when he was digging a pit for a new pool to be installed. Turned out our water was being funneled in from his property after all these years. His blueprints didn't even register that water line.
