Not like, get rid of it entirely but it could be a lot more compact. We don't need giant balloon ramps with a 65mph design speed. IDOT rebuilt one of the ramps a few years ago, missed opportunity to tighten up the ramps and sell off land to help rebuild the neighborhood. That half-mile stretch on Grand from Halsted to Racine is just brutal with the expressway on the north side.
