Wasn't this article published back in May 2014? Didn't Tishman instead announce a "measly" 61 floor building just 2 months later?
Yea I wouldn't get too exited about the 80+ story figure, the 61 story one is the most recent

Hudson spire site might be lame, let's hope they step up their game
