Located at the intersection of the Cross Bronx Expressway and White Plains Road, the lot is a short walk to the Parkchester subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Aldo Leonforti under the Forti Plaza LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 40,200 square feet, with 27,402 square feet designated for residential space, 2,971 square feet for commercial space, and 2,035 square feet for community facility space.
