Actually, I was thinking the new park might be half a block east at the location of the (possibly never officially built) Teed St, behind the current library. That would put it in JW Robinson's front yard. So the hallowed ground of Clover Trailer Park may be safe. You know what would be great in that spot, though? A retro trailer motel like Hicksville near Joshua Tree:
Hicksville Trailer Palace
At least that's where they're standing in the photo...seems a tight squeeze for a park but I guess that's why they're going vertical.
