I don't think so, mind you I also think Niagara Falls blows them both away. NF now has seven buildings and towers over 300 feet tall. I think your local boosterism has really distorted your opinion. Halifax has a decent skyline for a city it's size but NF wins this hands down.

I concur. When I saw that pic of Prince Albert, I was like, "Prince Albert?!?!?! WTF?!?!?! You mean that little town in Saskatchewan has that skyline?!?!?!" Holy shit. I guess Brandon, Yellowknife and Moose Jaw aren't the only small Canadian towns with skylines.
