the route of the S9 is to change from August 31 where it will no longer by pass Ostkreuz on the curve to downtown Berlin. It will instead continue on up the ring-bahn to Blankenburg S2 & S8.
From 23 August 2009 muss zunächst aufgrund fortschreitender Bauarbeiten am Ostkreuz die von der Linie S9 genutzte Verbindungskurve zwischen Warschauer Straße und Treptower Park außer Betrieb genommen werden. August 2009 must be due to ongoing construction work on Ostkreuz the S9 used connection curve between Warschauer Strasse and Treptow Park will be taken out of service.
The supply line of the S-Bahn will be from this day reorganized as follows:
S45 S45 Flughafen Schönefeld–Südkreuz-Linie verkehrt nur Montag bis Freitag Airport Schönefeld Südkreuz-line only runs Monday to Friday
S47 S47 Spindlersfeld–Hermannstraße/Südkreuz Spindlersfeld-Hermannstraße/Südkreuz
S75 S75 Spandau–Wartenberg, tagsüber im 10-Minuten-Takt Spandau-Wartenberg, during the day in 10-minute intervals
S85 S85 Grünau /Schöneweide–Greifswalder Straße/ Waidmannslust Grünau / Schöneweide-Greifswalder Street / Waidmannslust
