No render, but there is a massing diagram from the DOB website.
Looks pretty boring, but its the same developer that did a 456 West 19th Street which turned out decently. So maybe the facade will be nice?

I'm not sure what's going on that property (directly across the street from Avalon Chelsea), but I did notice a lot of demo going on when I walked past recently.
