It's interesting that not
all of Highfield Square has been optioned. The old Sobeys store with be retained by Crombie REIT. The "Unitel" building is also not included in the transaction. The rest of the property however is part of the Events Centre proposal, extending eastward to include the parking lot as far as the subway. This BTW is directly across from the Aquillini block. This could make for some interesting synergies......
